I sent several of my staff to class in September and again in October. I talked to a mix of folks in different positions and different English language levels. Everybody agreed that John was engaging and informational. One gal Alyssa said that he was a little “intimidating” at first, but that once he got going she thought he was interesting and just so excited and passionate about CPR that the vibe came off as a little intense. Alyssa said that she learned a lot and wouldn’t mind taking CPR from him again and would tell a friend going to his class that he was “cool.” I also sat in on a couple different parts of the class. To me, everybody looked interested and engaged. He seemed to do a good job of getting people hands on, and kind of mixing up the talking and the hands on activities so that people stayed interested. John is definitely very passionate about CPR. He has a lot of energy while he presents, and appeared organized in both his equipment and communication. He does cram a lot of information in, but it’s nice to have a shorter CPR/First Aid combo class. Some of the combo classes from outside providers have been 4-6 hours long. I also found John to be friendly and professional. We had a mix-up about the room usage and John was able to go with the flow.

Thank you for coming out to our facility to train our employees on CPR/First Aid. We appreciate that you were so flexible with the times and conducting two classes. Your instruction technique was much appreciated as you kept the class engaged and entertained. The feedback that I received from the group was that they feel confident that they could administer CPR and First Aid if necessary. We look forward to contacting you again with any further training needs we may need. Thank you from Span Alaska

This was the best CPR class I've ever participated in. The instructor gave so many possible situations that could happen and gave me the opportunity to think and give feedback. Thank you & I would take this class again and let others know about it also.

The majority of our classes are basic Adult CPR with First Aid and the American Heart BLS for the Healthcare Provider. • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    1) Don't assume brand name equals quality service. 2) Check level of service vs cost 3) Ask if there's any support offered before or after class? 4) Find out what the hours of operation are and do they have live after hour customer support?
