Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are dedicated to customer service. We are prompt, courteous, attentive, and willing to fulfill customers needs and expectations. Additionally, our installers have years of experience and specialize in the areas in which they install. Overall, we are a great company with amazing service from start to finish!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Despite the fact that we have a full showroom, I enjoy the fact that we meet customers in the comfort of their own home with their own lighting for consultations which gives us the ability to cater to the needs of the home. It gives me the opportunity to work one on one with the homeowner and not be distracted by multiple customers at one time.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you charge for your full in home consultation? No, we do not. Our consultation is an opportunity to earn your business and not to charge to measure your home.
