Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. For the brides and grooms that are looking for wedding flowers it's a good idea to have a wedding floral budget and to have an idea of what flowers you would like to use and have pictures in hand when they go talk with the florist. This helps us as florist to have this information up front so the florist can get a better idea of what is is they are looking for and give prices to you up front. This goes for the customer that is ordering for a floral arrangement for a friend or loved one.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Clark County Floral has great customer service and we work hard to stay with-in the customer’s budget.
We specialize in weddings; our hand tied bouquets are very detailed with charms or beading; if the bride has a locket that was her family members we can add that to it. We do the little details to make it their own bridal bouquet.
We take the time to ask questions when customers call us when they order flowers for their loved one to ensure they are getting a one of a kind floral arrangement. We are a small flower shop that cares about our customer’s needs. When you call us there will be a cheerful and friendly voice on the other end of the phone and feel that you are a friend and not just a customer.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. There are many things we love about our job here at Clark County Floral. We love to do floral arrangements that stand out and have the Wow factor. We also love helping and talking our customers They become part of our family. So when asked what we llike most about our jobs: Our answer is are customers and creating one of a kind floral arrangements.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Now days most customers call and ask how much will it cost me to for a floral arrangement?
Our first question to them is what is your budget? We understand that most people want to send flowers to their loved ones and friends but have a limit of what they can spend so we feel that if someone wants to send flowers we will help them pick out a floral arrangement to fit their budget. But the flowers we build for them look like they spent a bundle for it. It's just one way we build a relationship with our custmers and build trust with them and show we care.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We had a customer this year 2010 for Mother's Day that lived in a retirement home and wanted to send flowers for the ladies that worked at the retirement home 4 days before Mother's day. She let us know that she was on a budget and couldn't spend much but she wanted to get about 4 arrangements We said okay we can help you with that and asked what her budget was; she told us and we made 4 baskets that were going to be delivered on Mother's Day she called us back the same day and said she needed to add on a few more and we talked with her for a little bit and said our goodbye’s. The next day she called us to let us know that she needed to added a few more floral baskets. This went on till the day of Mother's Day getting a call from her saying she needed some more flowers in a basket. We ended up making 12 floral arrangements everyone of them different for each of the 12 ladies. We get a phone call from her letting us know that the baskets were a big hit and she will continue to use us as her florist because we took the time to care about her needs and she has never had that with any other florist. This make us here at Clark County Floral very happy to know we helped someone to make 12 ladies that worked at the retirement home happy and feel loved. How great to have a job like ours.
