- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with new clients and explain the inspection process so they have an understanding of what we will be looking for and the types of items that we will be reporting. I'd like to know if they have any questions ahead of time so that I can get those addressed for them immediately
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally educated and trained through Kaplan Institute in 2000. Since then I have maintained continuing education annually
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a wide range of clientele. I work with real estate agents in Oregon and Washington. My clients are purchasing homes in Oregon and Washington many times they are present at the inspection but it's not unusual to have out-of-state clients. Sometimes it's the first home for my clients and I like to make sure they are well educated on the maintenance for their new home
