For your convenience, here is our price list:
Repairs - $35 per hour (portal to portal) or bid
Carpeting - Prices vary, but are based on a typical rental unit with good attractive carpet (28 oz. with pattern designs and many designs to pick from) - $15 per yard
Janitorial/Housekeeping - This is based per job. Typical homes start at about $75 per cleaning.
Lawn Care - Mowing, weed eating, edging, and clean up. Typical homes start at about $30 to $40 per visit.
Debris Removal - Dumping (based on the amount) starts at $35 plus dump fee.
Unskilled Labor - Cleaning gutter, pressure washing, moving, etc. - starts at about $30 per hour
Painting - We do not paint entire homes, but do paint for simple remodel and/or tenant improvements.
Licensed Electrician - Starting $80 per hour or bid
Plumbing - Simple plumbing issues: changing faucets, unplugging faucets, installing P-traps (under the sinks), and toilet leaking repairs - typically start at $35 per hour with a $35 per visit minimum
Fire Equipment Annual Testing - Starting at $125 per sprinkler system, extinguishers at $9 per unit, and suppression (hood) system at $95 per unit (Oregon only).
We provide very large electrical power discounts and rebates in Oregon only.
We are very easy to work with and in most cases, we do same-day response or answer within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the urgency. Urgent issues will be given an immediate response.
