We all deserve to take care of ourselves. Massage is a beautiful and nurturing way to prevent stress-related illnesses. Let me take you on a relaxation journey you've always wanted but didn't know was possible!

I have 2 locations:

* Within Aadland Dental (Hazel Dell area) - 2702 NE 78th Street, Vancouver, Wa 98665

* Within Columbia Family Chiropractic (Camas/Washougal area) - 331 NE Lechner Street, Camas, Wa 98607

I offer the following:

*Jean's Signature Massage

- 60 minutes: $70
- 90 minutes: $100

This massage incorporates a beautiful blend of swedish, a bit of deep tissue, the essential oils and the hot stones. It's a fabulous treat and truly gives you absolutely everything you could imagine in one massage!

* Hot Stone Massage

- 60 minutes: $65
- 90 minutes: $90

Penetrating heat from smooth oiled and warmed stones is used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, this creates an unforgettable, thoroughly relaxing experience.

* Essential Oil Massage

This incorporates the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils with any other form of massage.

* Sports Massage

A therapeutic massage that includes stretching and compression techniques. This rehabilitates soft tissue dysfunction that can result from physical labor, lifting weights or sports-related injuries. It promotes flexibility, reduces swelling, relieves muscle tension, and alleviates muscle fatigue.

* Prenatal Massage

A gentle massage geared to relieving the muscle cramps, spasms and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs during pregnancy (safe side-lying body positioning with body pillows for extra comfort).

* Swedish Massage

A hands-on full body massage of medium pressure. This relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.

* Deep Tissue Massage

A firm-pressure therapeutic massage. This helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation, and tissue damage. It is great for anyone with soft tissue problems that produce any discomfort or pain.

    Jean is wonderful. I had never had a massage prior to coming to Jean and I live with chronic pain. Her care and methods of treatment were fantastic. She took the time and patience to work on those areas and helped ease the pain. Whether you are a first time client or have gone many times, I feel that your experience with Jean will bring you back again and again.

    I have been with Jean since 2003, seeing her monthly for a massage. That in itself should be reason enough for anyone to use her services. She has seen me through 2 journeys with chemotherapy. I've been elsewhere, but no one else can touch Jean.

    Jean has been my massage therapist for over two years, and I see her often. I have had relaxation massage as well as sports massage (due to injury). No matter the reason, I guarantee you will find Jean to be the best in the business. I anxiously await each visit with Jean, and I know you will too!

    My massage with Jean was wonderful! She has a wonderful repertoire of relaxation strokes, flexibility stretches, and deep tissue work that isolated and loosened my tight, knotted neck and shoulder muscles. She replaced my tension with tranquility. Plus her warm, welcoming personality left me feeling very nurtured.

    Jean, is without a doubt one of the best massage therapists I know! Her massage techniques leave you relaxed, re-energized and ready to conquer the world ;)
    Of all the massages I have received there is something about Jean that is just amazing, her touch and her experience really show her passion for massage.

    I received a 60 massage and had her concentrate on my left shoulder blade I had been having mussel pain there for sometime. She completely alleviated the pain, which has been gone for almost 5 months. She was professional, easy to talk with made me feel completely relaxed mentally and physically. I would recommend her to anyone.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I've been working on bodies for over 10 years. I listen to my intuition when it comes to massage. I am able to feel what the body needs from the amount of pressure to the areas on the body that need to be focused on. I use therapeutic grade essential oils as an additional healing modality that provide a deeper state of relaxation as well as healing on a spiritual and cellular level. I can provide deep tissue, trigger point therapy, swedish, hot stone, prenatal, sports or relaxation massage.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I simply love the fact that when I'm working, I'm helping people feel better. Reducing Stress is so important. Reducing inflammation and releasing tension in our muscles is a necessary part of our daily health. I can provide that for people.
