Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I love most about my job is the opportunities I have to share all the wonderful services and products of this vast industry with my clients. I know that I have issues with my hair, skin and nails and most of my clients do too. I am always searching for solutions. It is wonderful to discover something that works and then share with my clients. What I enjoy the most is to share the experience of my clients trying something I’ve recommended and they end up loving it or in some cases it changes their life for the better. ~~Natanya

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. The most amazing experience was with a mother and her 9 year old daughter. This mother and daughter were spending 3 hours or more just detangle the daughter curly but damaged and was knotting and matting when ever wet. By the time they detangled they were to tiered to style, and they hated getting her hair wet because it would just mat up again. The daughter absolutely hated her hair and the mother was at the breaking point of frustration. They came to see me and I applied a (formaldehyde free) top of the line formulation of Keratin Smoothing product to the daughters hair. By the time her service was complete she had completely different hair. It was AMAZING! To this day the daughter’s hair is still in awesome condition and she loves to do her own hair in the morning before school. ~~Natanya

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I constantly attended continued education. Even in subjects I feel expert in like hair extensions and keratin smoothing treatments. In this ever changing industry I feel that I owe it to my clients to stay on top of all the latest’s trend, services and products.
