Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We provide top quality work with a top quality product back to the customer. Everything is about restoring and preserving and if you don't use the right material for the job, you'll be back at square one fairly quickly. Restoring photos and film and everything in between requires a lot of work but seeing the end product is well worth it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about this job is the variety of material I have gotten to see. All the historical photos, films, negatives and so on that have come through my office is mind blowing. What's amazing to me is that with every one of these, there is a story to tell. There is so much there and to get people to talk about it just brings out the kid in them.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. With restoring photos: Do you fix the original or how does that work. We scan the image into our computers, fix it, then reproduce the print on the highest quality paper available that will last.
The most common question when they see the end result: How did you do that?
