Alex was an absolute lifesaver. After a failed arrival of some computer equipment for one of my important clients, I had to quickly order items on Amazon and needed a technician that could go out the same evening and set them up. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are billed in 30 min intervals at $140.00 per hour residential or $180 commercial for network, server, or PC/laptop, cloud IT infrastructure, or integration projects, including low-voltage (UTP) service or installation. A $90 minimum travel fee is applied if an on-site visit is required. Subscribers to our service receive a discount.
