Please ask for past event photos and/or references. Make sure that you are comfortable with the personality of whom you choose as well as their credentials. Check to see if the person or company is capable of meeting your needs. Business hours, location and level of service offered is important when choosing a vendor that you will be in contact with for any length of time.
