This package includes complimentary initial consultation, unlimited phone calls, emails, vendor meetings, day-of-wedding coordination, site selection, as well as one-on-one monthly planning sessions.

* Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as required
* Discussion of complete wedding design, color, theme and style
* Wedding professionals research in every category that fit your event style and budget
* We also provide you with suggestions and guidance in making your final selections.
* Attendance at all vendor appointments of your choice with professional consultation time throughout the entire planning process
* We provide follow-up phone calls to all venders 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding.
* Wedding rehearsal supervision
* On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception

Wedding Coordination - Complementary consultation
Relax and enjoy being your own wedding's guest of honor! You should not have to be worried with whether or not the vendors will show up, when to cut the cake, when to make your grand entrance, or if the centerpieces are on the tables. Wedding Coordination Services is for the couple that has achieved the great task of planning the whole wedding, but just needs someone to supervise the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly. The package includes:
Planning Ahead:
* Site inspection of reception site and ceremony to understand your plans and vision
* Complimentary initial consultation
* Creating a clear timeline for the big day
* Verify with each vendor, and analyze vendor contracts
* Coordinate your wedding party and lead your rehearsal
Wedding Day:
* Organize and coordinate details with all vendors
* Supervise total setup of rehearsal and ceremony sites
* Deliver all gratuities and final payments
* Supervise correct placements of wedding favors, table cards, setup of gift table, cake table, guest book, etc.
* Coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting
* Unlimited coordination hours during your wedding day, with an extra assistant, if required
* Seeing the last guest off to leave, and packing up gifts

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Trish's time management and natural leadership skills are the result of her time spent in military service along with the experience one gathers living in a military family. Trish began her love with event planning when she took over the responsibilities of a friend's wedding as a favor. Following that event, another friend requested she help with her wedding day based on the excellence she had seen at the other wedding.
After that, Trish had been taking on clients by word of mouth; assisting and coordinating weddings, reunions, theme parties, and other events. A few years later, her passion took on a new life when she met her best friend "Paula".
Paula knows how to throw a great party; it’s her passion! She has been organizing parties and events for over a decade. After several requests and a few not-so-subtle hints, Paula decided to turn what she loves into a career! How many people actually LOVE their job??? (She does!) She has preformed many ceremonies each to the clients happily ever after!
Paula wants to use her experience, skills, and knowledge to create something she can be really enthusiastic about -- the perfect event!
