The time of year does not matter in the NorthWest. We have one season and that is the rainy season. That means moss will always grow on your roof and gutters will constantly clog. If not taken care of both of these problems will lead to costly damage to your roof, siding, window and door frames, foundation, and can even erode your landscaping.
I offer gutter cleaning starting at $50.00 for small basic homes and roof top moss removal starting at $30.00. Prices vary depending on size and pitch of roof and amount of debris. I hand scoop gutters, check all downspouts to the ground only (my licensing does not permit me to do underground drainage), clean up any mess that falls to ground level and haul away the debris. My price also includes a 3-month guarantee on the downspouts (again, to the ground only).
