Buying a home is perhaps the most expensive purchase you’ll ever make. The cost of a home inspection is a small relative to the home being inspected. I’m determined to perform inspections of the utmost quality with integrity. I will make sure that my clients will understand and know every relevant fact about the property that they are buying.

I consider myself the advocate of buyer. My job doesn’t end after the report is finished. If you have any questions months down the road, I encourage you to call me. For sellers, I will give a report that gives100% full disclosure, without worries of a buyer coming back and asking questions about anything regarding the property.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. How old is the home and how large is it. Does the home have a crawlspace or a basement.

How quickly will the inspection need to be performed. I will generate a report withing 24hrs of the completion of the inspection. This time needs to be accounted for.

Make sure all the utilities are on, this include water, power and gas.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. At NCW Home Inspections I will take the time to properly evaluate the home.

I will provide a state of the art, fully narrative report with photographs. Including several summaries that you can use for contractors and tradesmen.

I maintain a network of tradesmen and other professional home inspectors to bring to my clients the best resources available.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love homes, construction and architectural techniques. I love the evaluating the home and helping my clients become more aware homeowners.

I see the home inspection as an educational process for the homeowner.

Seeing how a home is performing in it's environment and looking for clues on how the environment may be effecting the home keeps my curiosity alive.

I do this because I truly love it, and I hope it shows in the work I perform.

Having a clients that are very satisfied with the inspection process and the information provided is paramount to me.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much will the inspection cost and how long will the inspection take?

The inspection is based on the square footage of the home. A typical home of around 2000 sq ft will be about $400 dollars. This price includes a structural pest inspection.

The typical home inspection will last from 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours. I will not rush through an inspection. I feel that you are hiring me to take the time to provide the best inspection available.
