A. Look for a pony service where the staff genuinely likes ponies, treats them well, and is knowledgeable about them. We pair up children with the right ponies, and treat them both with love.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Rewarding a pony that does well is always a good idea. You can even bring carrots or apples to give your pony after the ride. But don't let them eat grass while they are working! Give treats after the ride is over.
