We are a personalized cleaning service. We are very detailed-oriented and green clean. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time cleans. We also clean remodels and during special occasions.
We go the extra mile for that special touch. And of course, we are drug-free. We do background checks on our employees. These are important so that DustBusters clients are secure, and that their homes maintain the privacy which they deserve.
I do not except tex message's!! I have found this a very impersonel way of doing business.I am very old fashion about doing business, so by using the phone, there is no missunderstanding.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask who is incharge at time of cleaning. Do they call
their boss when done, or if there is a security problem, is their boss contacted, so they can notify the owner. Does the clinet receive a call if the housekeepers are
more than a half hour late. Does the owner show up to
check how the ladies are doing the first 4 cleans. What kind of supplies are used, and does anyone in the house have allergy's, so we can work with supplies
that do not cause any health problems.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are the housekeepers curtious and respectfull of your
home and has there been complaints on damages, how do the housekeepers make sure your home is secure,
whether it is code lock,key, or alarm system. Do they
furnish at least 5 currant references. Is there a quailty
gurantee on the work. Are housekeepers friendly to
pets, do they know their names and take the time to greet them before starting work.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Going the extra mile for our clinets by doing extra cleaning
where it is needed. There is no extra charge for being nice and respectfull. We love doing a quailty job,
and when we leave, we check our work to see if we miss anything, and if so, we take care of it then ,and not leave before the job is sparkling.
It"s a lovely feeling knowing we do a great job. We always
ask for input from clients, in other way's of making the day easier, and have smile of satisfaction.
