We had Woodland Painting paint the interior of a foreclosed rental property that hadn't seen new paint in 15 years. All the woodwork and walls needed painting. The place now looks great. They are trustworthy, do a good job, and don't leave a mess to clean up.

We had Mike paint the exterior of our home and shop. He did a wonderful job and is very knowledgable about every aspect of painting. He is also very reasonable on his costs. Our home never looked so good.
Mike also stripped and restained our deck. Beautiful job, looks brand new.
We recommend Mike to everyone we know and are having him back to paint the interior of our home.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Allthough we do both residential and commercial painting, residential repaints both interior and exterior are mostly what we do
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check and make sure the contractor is licensed, bonded and insured. Does the contractor have references? Get three estimates. The lowest price isnt always the best choice. How many coats will be done? What paint will they be using? Do they offer a warranty?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Besides the pride we take in our work, one of the biggest things that seperates us from most other painters is we do two full coats using premium paints when many of our competors are only applying one coat of a lower grade paint.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love everything about the painting industry. I have been painting since 1983. I get a great deal of personal satifaction transforming a job into something beautiful and exceeding the customers expectations when I am done.

A. What are my procedures for the job? We provide a detailed estimate describing every step we do. Do we offer a warranty? Yes we do.
