Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Small quick fix it jobs squeaking hinge. To doing doors, windows, toilet, faucets replacements. Finish carpentry.
Along with Bathroom remolding to doing Deck building and replacement and maintenance. Siding homes with wood or fiber cement. It really depends on what needs need to be met. I can do lots of things.
They are truly surprised in the end.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. I repaired a roof then on that same roof put a 28 square steel roof. With snow breaks.
I put a low amperage heater in a small bath room to toasty things up a bit. Now no complaints it is to cold!
The phone company in town needed snow guards on the roof this turned into a 60 foot run of snow guards.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. See that first I'm am knowledgeable in what it is that you want then go from there.
I would recommend that you first have a look at some of my past work.
Get lots of bids, compare products, weight your options.
Nail down project cost and the budget. Then the time line off how long it will take and when you will be working on the project and days you will not be.
Talk to other other trades people that is a good source of who you are dealing with. References are good to.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long have you been doing this? Listen to the answer you get very closely.
Are you very busy? Again listen to your answer.
Will I need a permit for this work will be doing? Make sure you ask this.
Will I now have to met new codes sense I'm doing this up grade? Again make certain of this.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I really care what it looks like in the end.
Some small projects won't hardly take any time at all.
On the large order projects every detail must not be over looked.
From the first day there to the last dust pile. We are communicating. With in our projected budget. And my goal is to have the customers satisfied.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Generally most people that care about their homes and their living environment. They want the things that tend to last, and that's how I build things.
I like learning how to do new things.
Using new products. Using my hands to create.
I like to salvage all sorts of old wood and making new creations out of something that is very old and was thrown out.

A. Where do you find all your stuff you reclaim?
My answer is every where. When I'm driving to the job my eyes are at work. Dumpster yards, rummage sales Monday morning garbage runs are the best. I live in a good area for that!
