- What types of customers have you worked with?
Window and gutter cleaning are our main services. However, we also offer janitorial service and interior maid service. Being in business for almost ten years, you get a pretty good list of clients to clean for. Also, each time you do a good job for someone, they refer your company to their friends and so on. We take pride in our customer's needs and always strive to maintain the great reputation we have come to have!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research before hiring! Ask yourself: Does this company have insurance? Do they have a company truck? Do they wear uniforms? Do they have a website? Can they give referrals? Do they show up on time? Are they neat in their dress and grooming? Is their truck neat and clean to a reasonable degree?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
J & E Cleaning and Maintenance Services LLC is not one of the fly by night companies that will take the easy way out just to get done faster. We will take our time and always do a good job. If we do make a mistake, we will fess up and admit it to the customer. If we need to, we will make an insurance claim, but we haven't had to yet. We are honest and hard working, and our history and client list shows that very well.
