Website design:
Are you unsure about where to start or totally frazzled about trying to create or fix your website or Word Press blog on your own? Do you need help starting your website, blog, WordPress, or perhaps with HTML coding, search engine submission or optimization, etc.?
My rates start at only $11.00 per hour.
This does not include domain name or hosting services. Domain name or hosting services are obtained by the customer through a third party source. I strongly recommend In Motion Hosting (I use them myself).
All work is very high quality. The customer is fully aware of the payment conditions and the quality of work before any work begins.
As an example of my work, I created my site, Kingdom Ministries Virtual World Games & Kingdom Blog Press from scratch.
Custom web graphic design:
Custom graphic design services are calculated either hourly or by the job. Hourly rates are $11.00 per hour; price by the package is determined before work begins.
As examples of some of my published work, see my Facebook page.
For further information, please contact Steve Cohen.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. There are countless companies and "want-to-be" individuals soliciting your business for Website, Logo, and Graphic Design Services. Most are either extremely expensive or not worth the bother.
Before you hire anyone, check their service and work related references, examples of their work and their portfolio, their payment terms, and especially what they expect from you!
Get everything in writing. All reputable companies will provide a written contract for you to fill out. Take your time reading the contract and familiarize yourself with the terms. If you have any questions or concern, call the company or individual.
Creating a website, logo, or any custom graphic is a labor intensive process. It takes time for a graphic designer to figure out through negotiating with the customer exactly what the customer wants and needs; nobody has the same tastes or requirements.
If you, the customer is not willing to take the required time necessary to journey through this process, including the ongoing maintenance (after the website is launched) that is required, it is best you use any free online website creation software. But then your site or graphics will be just like all the others, and well...you probably should just extinguish the whole idea.
Creating a website, logo, or custom graphic form scratch takes hours and hours of work. The individual or company should have the willingness to put in the required amount of time necessary to create a "work-of-art"; and not worry so much about their profits or bottom line!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. As previously mentioned, the creation process is just that, a process. Expect any website from start to launch to take about three weeks, or longer.
Custom graphics can take a day, or as long as a month!
The initial research involved...searching for ideas, graphics to modify or use as models, researching content (information, etc.) is grueling. Personally, on occasion, I have spent over a 100 hours total doing the initial research, and then had to start all over many times because the customer didn't like it!
The company or individual hired will be emailing or calling the customer frequently throughout the day, or visa-verse-a for weeks on end; even on the weekends!
At the same time, the company or individual needs to respect the customer, their needs and wishes, their situation and their privacy, AND the customer needs to respect the company or individual doing the work. In other words, the graphic designer is not a machine, but a human being dedicating themselves to the customers requests.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. 1). Do you have a written contract?
2). Do you have verifiable references/testimonials.
3). Do you have examples of your works?
4). How often can I contact you?
5). When can I expect my work to be completed?
6). How much do you charge? What is the breakdown of charges and expenses?
7). What if I do not like what you did? Do you give refunds?
8). If you do not give refunds, what protection do I have as a customer?
9). How much do you charge upfront, and is the upfront charges refundable?
