Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look at what you are spending right now. Do you like paying over $100/hour, Do they work after hours at the same price? Weekends? Give you free advice or do they always want money for a minute of their time?
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I treat people how they would like to be treated and word of mouth is key to my business. We help homes and businesses since 2002 save money. We speak english so you aren't dealing with India.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What other options do I have? Should I upgrade my current PC or just buy a new one? What Virus Protection do you recommend? What is a UPS Battery Backup used for? What type of backing up should I do on my machine? Check the website or brochure for more tips.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love being able to help educate people and make them learn about new things that will help with shorter steps. I love to help people stay focused on some applications that will make life easier.
Q. Write your own question and answer it.
A. What are 3 Signs it's time for a PC Tune-up or a New Computer?
Freezing up, Lagging, or Shutting Down unexpectedly. Average life on a Desktop is 3-5 years. If you have a mahcine over 5 years it's not worth upgrading this, a lot of companies will do this because they make a lot of money and for a few bucks more you can buy a brand new machine and not have a headache down the road.
Q. Write your own question and answer it.
A. Do you have a UPS Backup for your Computer?
If you have a laptop computer, you do not need one of these because it has its own battery. If you have a desktop or a server, surges can improperly shut down machines and cause damage. Surge protectors do not protect you. This can lead to Hard Drive damage, faulty power supplies, or a defective computer. I would recommend buying a Battery UPS at Sams Club for ($50) APC 600VA or the Cyberpower ($35) at Best Buy/OfficeMax.
