It can be either indoors or outdoors. Once I get your vision, I start immediately on your project. I normally do all work I can at home balloons, centerpieces etc…which cuts down on set-up time once my staff & I get to your desired venue. As it happened, Covid scrubbed the event for which Tamy was providing balloons. But she reached out to me and offered to refund my deposit, no questions asked... I was really pleased with her customer service attitude, and her genuine interest in my best interests. I will definitely re-contract with Tammy when the event is rescheduled for next summer.

I really enjoyed working with Virtuous Woman she arrived on time to set up the balloons and was flexible and accommodating with my concerns. She does beautiful work all my guest were impressed with the balloon arch she made. I would definitely hire her again for future parties

Tamy planned my 40th birthday party and thought of everything. The decorations were beautiful, food was great, and every detail was tended to. Tamy was super easy to work with as she listened to my requests and took it from there. I would definitely work with Tamy again.

She was very reasonable and easy to talk to. She was very accommodating with what my vision was. The only downfall was that the final product did not live up to the original picture that I showed but nonetheless appreciated her work ethic.
