We would recommend EMF consultants to anyone in need of a home inspector! Mark was so incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything as he was waking through our new home. He was so thorough and caught things even our well-trained eyes missed! The PDF report he emails after the inspection is great! Perfect document to send to our real estate agent and loan agent for counter offer documents and appraisal information.
