Introduction: Madison Handyman Service can do almost anything around the house or rental properties. We do plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, small painting jobs, garage door install or repair, general construction, build shelving for basement or garage, flooring (laminated wood, sheet vinyl, vinyl tile, ceramic tile, and carpet), and install new steps or repair old ones. We can sweat pipes and install new plumbing in wall or out; install all bathroom vanities, toilets, sinks, etc.; repair replaces outside decks; repair or installs windows and doors; clean dryer vents; and winterize where needed. On call emergency plumbing repairs are available. Take advantage of our rates for your flooring needs. We also handle property management. We offer reasonable rates on move out clean ups. We are insured, non-smoker and non-drinker. We are reliable and have a 3-person team to help with larger jobs. Remember, no job is too small. We also can do properties management when you’re out of town for a low rate. We can set up on call repair service when you are out of town.
