I have had tightness and dull pain in my scapula area for over 20 years that I needed worked on. Plus the next day I was running my first marathon in GB. Canary did a perfect job - really hitting the right points, slowing down in some areas, reapproaching others from different angles. The massage worked out everything - he really gets in and all up in there. I asked for deep pressure - have lost most feeling in my back so if pressure is too light it actually aggrevates the area making it worse than pre-massage. I got deep pressure and all my knots where gone. I have always found drinking lots of water and electrolytes helps after a deep tissue massage. I definitely credit Canary as part of the reason I didn't die the next day on the warm marathon course. I finished fairly well when my non-massage-receiving runner friends struggled 10-15% than avg time slowdowns. I wish he had office hours in Madison...

I have a had massages before but never like this. The knots I had are gone less than 24 hours latter and I can move better than before. I fell like I was treated as an individual Canary really worked on the areas that I had stated bothered me. Truely a great experience. I even booked another appointment before I left.

I always enjoy my massages from Canary. My college room mate came to GB for the game from Chicago and we got massages together from Strength of the Hands. They were great as always. Canary is very intuitive to his clients needs and that is why I have been going to him since 2010. Everytime I visit him he has been professional and polite. I am excited to get back there soon to use the November gift certificates I purchased when I was there in November 2013. Thanks for all the hard work you do Canary!

This was my first massage...ever. And I was so impressed with the professionalism and the massage itself. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep...I could just feel the tension leave my body as he pulled on my arms and fingers. I will definitely be back for another.
