The inspection service provided by JDH Home Inspections was accurate and very thorough. Noted discrepancies and/or deficiencies of the property was explained and covered in depth of proper construction practices. Among these items a description and repair procedure was discussed to help visualize the cost impact of such work in comparison to the value of the home. Interior and exterior aspects were covered and discussed separately by item when discovered to ensure that no detail was misinterpreted or excluded in discussion and report. Fully detailed report was received with bulleted points of interest and concern along with color coded to depict severity of issue in relation to inspection. JDH would be greatly recommended and will also be considered for our own information in the future as we progress with our findings and proceed with our purchase.

The advice I would give to a customer looking to hire a provider like me is to make sure they feel comfortable that the person they are looking to hire is qualified to do the work for them. I would ask the customer to list some requirements that they would want the provider to have, or services they provide that will fulfill the customers expectations. If a customer is looking to buy a house and wants to get a home inspection done, a home inspector who has a specific background in construction, heating and air conditioning, plumbing and electrical will be able to provide them with a more thorough and detailed inspection, due to their extensive knowledge in these areas.
