- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid per job as every job is different i will take the time to drive to your location meet with you and give you a solid estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to have a quick phone conversation to answer a couple of questions first before giving any money figures this would be a huge let down to you if a company tells you a price either per hour or by the job and it goes way over budget! Our estimates are set in stone (unless specified )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've gained allot of my experience over my years by working winters with certain companies I've been in buisness since 1997 so hands on was a big part !
