Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My name is Ryan, and I'm a huge DIY'er. As a home owner for 15 years, I've learned through performing and completing numerous house tasks and projects. Some were a success. Some were not, but even in those failures I learned so much so that you wouldn't have to make those same mistakes. I also worked construction as a carpenter for a couple years. I will do a good job if hired because I focus on quality. I would treat your home and project as if it was my home, taking great care to respect your home and do a quality job. Lastly, if I don't know how to do something or if I feel I am in over my head, I am not too proud to communicate that with my customers. A house is your biggest assett, and I would never want to jeopardize that for you and your family. Thank you!

I hired him to help fix my garage door which was hanging crooked and falling off track. He went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed correctly. He found a lot of mistakes with how it was installed from the previous owner and made sure everything was corrected. He did all of this while staying with the original quote for the job as well. All in all I would definitely recommend for any future jobs. He definitely seems like someone who will make sure everything is done correctly and not screw you over with pricing.

I needed a window shade hung up for our nursery. It was supposed to be a quick task. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected because we had the wrong parts. Ryan helped contact the company to get us the correct parts and returned and did an excellent job. He was great and flexible. He was willing to come at a time that worked for us.

Ryan was excellent. We had a cabinet that was coming away from the wall, and he was able to resecure it quickly and effectively. We have had no issues since. He is also very reasonable from a cost perspective. We will use Ryan again in the future!

Ryan responded immediately to our washer drain problem. We ordered a part and he had it up and running in no time. No new washer saved us a lot of money. Looking forward to hiring him again for some electrical repair.

Ryan was responsive and professional in fixing our leaking dishwasher at a very fair price. He was courteous and professional, and even brought his Shopvac in to meticulously clean up after himself. I would use him again!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

After spending many years working in the hospital lab, and supervising for a few, I found my days were rather monotonous. Throw in Covid and some other curveballs and I was ready for a change. I like the variation of projects day to day and the flexibility of being able to drop off my kids in the mornings and pick them up in the evenings. Taking something apart, uncovering the reason why it is no longer serving its purpose, then putting it back together returning to its intended use is very satisfying to me. Whether it be repairing an electronic, or restoring the soffit of a historic home, I enjoy the process start to finish every time.
