- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers have always been a passion of mine. When my family couldn't afford one, I purchased an old system and case from a garage sale and began building my own system. I found I enjoyed the challenge and the constant learning required to maintain my own system. Soon I found myself being asked questions from others when they had problems with their computers. I soon realized what came easily to me, was a mess of wires and circuits to others. Where others saw only frustration, I found a hobby i truly enjoyed. Naturally I took that passion and expanded on it, eventually leading to me and a friend beginning our own business doing what we love.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many of the repair companies out there know what they are doing. Its why people get into this industry. Where the difference in choices comes in is in the integrity and focus on the needs of the customers. Get to know your repair tech, know who your trusting your electronics to. There is a lot of important information on computers this day and age, and you don't want to risk loosing it to a tech that is more concerned with their bottom line, then about your needs.
