I just wanted you to know how rude you are and that not cleaning for 6 months as you told Rick the owner and expecting 4 hours of cleaning in a home with 3 levels and 3 and 1/2 baths and a kitchen that was so dirty especially the oven is unrealistic. And I stayed an hour over which you stated you did not want to pay for which I felt bad so I stayed and contined to clean your home. Purchasing hours from our website is detailed explained 4 hours of deep cleaning 1 person with 2 people it is 2 hours even though we both stayed for 3 hours, You need to have people skillls if you plan on hiring companies to help you sell your property because you will need a cleaning company once you move out. I will never come back to clean for you no matter how much you are willing to pay. No tanks for your business

This review is in response to the company's response to my review from February 17, 2014. Do not give this company your money before they perform any work or they will try to scam you and not refund your money. Multiple no show appointments and canceled appointments. Claims via email and on responses to reviews that they would be refunding my money. I never saw a dime refunded to me from this company for work not performed. I had to eventually, in July, file a dispute with my Credit Card who researched and reviewed all of my documentation. They determined the company was uncooperative and finally refunded my money. You can imagine the hours/days of frustration caused by this company's lack of respect for their customers.

No show. I made the appointment online, called and left a message to confirm, called and spoke with someone to confirm, got a confirmation email, took off to be here to show them around and they never showed up. Very disappointed.
