- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're not the lowest cost contractor, but that's because our commitment is to quality, integrity, and great customer service at every turn. Our goal is to delight you with the simplicity of the whole process, and if any issues come up, you can know that a highly responsive team and a 3-year warranty give you full peace-of-mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a free estimate, and these in-person appointments are brief and to-the-point. We'll present a price (usually on the spot) and answer any questions you have. Once you book a project with us, we'll offer a free color consultation to ensure you're comfortable and excited for all the paint color selections. Our professional project managers will schedule your project, and keep you informed about the upcoming work including any power-washing or other prep. We'll begin the first day of painting with a walk-around to make sure everyone's on the same page and comfortable. The professional crew will work quickly and with great care for your home. We'll complete the project in a timely manner, with utmost quality, and a final cleanup pass to make sure we're leaving your property better than we found it.
