Rick listens to me as I explain what is wrong with my computers and he goes above and beyond what I need to solve the problem and make sure everything is running smoother. He has come to my house and worked on things here, can take it with him, or will make it easy for me to get my computers to him. I have also found him to be less expensive than most other computer techs. I will continue to have Rick work on my computers and have already been recommending him to my friends and neighbors.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my work is troubleshooting hardware or software on Windows computers and laptops. Most frequent hardware problems involve memory or the hard drive. Software problems are most often from excessive adware and malware, which may be eliminated, or may require a reinstallation of the OS. I also design and troubleshoot databases for small businesses.
