If you are looking for a DJ to fill the dance floor they are the real deal. They have great sound systems and all of the music you would ever want. Hire them and it will be money well spent.

We hired Double Platinum for our wedding and were VERY impressed from start to finish. They are very organized and have a lot of resources available for song selections and new music. The DJ was very knowledgeable of music and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Double Platinum to anyone is looking to take the stress out of wedding planning!

A. Weddings. (95%)
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look around the market and compare all your vendors to one another.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Wedding service improves with experience. We prefer to present our services in-person.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We provide a high-end/professional service. We do not use party props, etc. If your looking for a DJ that performs rather than entertains, hands out hula-hoops, etc....you may want to look elsewhere.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Double Platinum specializes in wedding entertainment. We use high quality sound equipment and lighting. We entertain without the typical cheesy personality.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Music is our passion.

A. Are we fully insured? Yes

A. We have done several weddings that have had random celebrities in the crowd.

A. That not all wedding DJ's are cheesy!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I, the owner, have been a DJ most of my life. I have DJ'd in bars, clubs and in radio. Now, I exclusivley run Double Platinum for a living.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We did a ceremony and reception this past weekend. We provided lighting and sound for both. It turned out extremly nice. I blog every week with pictures and information about all our events.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes, of-course. Webinars, trade shows, etc. You become very brand loyal after being in business for 15 years. You figure out what equipment is reliable.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Dance floor projections and room wall up-lighting are new and popular. LED lights and mp3's have changes the busienss forever.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. We provide service for weddings almost every weekend of the year. This past weekend was a nice winter/Christmas wedding. We do offer discounts for off-season wedding service.
