- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can work out terms depending on the project. Hourly rate vs. per project is typically how we work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will send you a series of questions to gain knowledge about your business, your product/service and your target market. We then take that knowledge and produce 1-2 design comps for you to review via PDF and provide feedback. Revisions are made and new PDFs are sent to you for review. This step continues until the design is perfect!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 20+ years experience in the design industry with a focus on designing for direct marketing (direct mail, social media marketing, email marketing, landing pages, etc.). We are USPS Certified as a Direct Mail Piece Designer.
