I would recommend finding a professional document signing agent, and not just a "Notary Public". My commission is my tool, but it does not define all aspects of what is required to close loans. It also requires knowledge, professionalism, integrity, reliability and an understanding of the industry to make sure the transaction is completed successfully and seamlessly from beginning to end. This is my standard for every closing I do. It should be the priority of what companies look for in a professional document signing agent.
