I've recently been doing a lot of branding and identity building along with developing websites to fit the new identities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always view their work before hiring someone and send them an email or call them to see if they will respond quickly and to get a feel for their personality. Afterall, design is a creative business if the person has no personality their work probably won't either.
