- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of pre-designed photo packages listed on my website, but offer the option to put together a custom-tailored package to suit your needs if one of my standard packages doesn't fit what you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends upon the customer and what they are looking for. however, I typically like to start with a free, face to face, one on one consultation to best determine their needs. I also like to get to know my clients a bit first and see who I will be shooting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in photography is an education unto itself. However, no matter what level you are at, you can always learn more from others. I spend a lot of time digging into resources by Scott Kelby, RC Concepcion, Elizabeth Halford, Peter Hurley, and other "giants" in the photography industry who have gone before me and become very successful in their genres.
