Introduction: I am very enthusiastic and creative about my approach to teaching and tutoring. I really care about my students. And the Spanish that I teach is practical and responsive to the needs, wants and interests of the student.

Ted and I worked together with a non-profit organization Latino Service Provider Coalition for three years. As members, we collaborated in strategic planing and execution with improving the organization.
Ted brought value with his extensive experience in working with the Hispanic population. He has the ability to connect with individuals in both Spanish and English.
Improvements, I can not think of any. He always arrived in time and ready to work. He is reliable and would be honored to ever have the opportunity to work with Ted again.

When communicating with Spanish speakers who do not understand the English language, Ted demonstrates superior knowledge and empathy. I have had many classroom experiences instructing adults on how to comply with Unemployment Insurance requirements. In these stressful situations Ted has stepped in for Spanish speakers to provide instructions on how to complete required paperwork and fulfill future expectations of the program.
Ted has the ability to speak fluently with all dialects. He has experience teaching children and adults. Looking for a skilled and empathetic teacher? Ted is an excellent choice.

Mr. Anderson, Is knowledgeable and skillful in the use of Spanish to English languages, and vice versa. I worked with Mr. Anderson for about 6 months and saw first hand his knowledge of these skills.

Ted's fluency in Spanish is excellent. His personality is very engaging and he is patient with students. I know the kids at the Y really enjoyed working with him. He is professional, timely and cares about his clients/students.
