We not only clean carpets and furniture; we also clean and seal tile and grout, de-contaminate air ducts and dryer vents, remove odors including cigarette smoke, treat pet stains, remove water in flooded basements and thoroughly dry and restore the structure as if the emergency never happened.

We will work with all insurance companies. Our top-of-the-line, truck-mounted cleaning equipment gives the most thorough cleaning available with fast drying times.     I used a competitor I saw on TV and boy was I disappointed. (They may have been a little less expensive but it ended up costing me more.) The carpets weren't really cleaned (they didn't use cleaning solutions) and the stains came back. So I called Paul's Carpet and Furniture Cleaning and he came out fast and got the job done right!

    Fantastic! Outstanding job done. Had a small rodent die in one of the bedrooms which was there for several days. Also, had water seepage in the lower level due to heavy rains. The company was punctual and extremely courteous. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but all odors were gone and carpeting looks new again.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Become educated; the more you know the more likely you are to chose a provider that best fits your needs. Price shopping may get you a cheap price. However, we would like our clients to understand the process the cleaner uses, the training and knowledge they possess along with the guarantees we provide. This will ultimately lead you to the best value.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you guarantee your work? We stand behind our services and will work until you are satisfied - or your money back.

Do you charge by the room or by the square foot? We charge per square foot so that it is fair to both of us. You only pay for the areas that your having cleaned, if you would like to just have traffic areas cleaned, you don't pay for the entire room.

What does your price include? Our price includes pre-conditioning of your carpet, treating spots, stains and traffic lanes with appropriate cleaning solutions for the problem area. We rinse and extract the cleaning solutions with softened hot water and a Ph balanced rinse, leaving no sticky residue.

Are your technicians trained and certified through the IICRC? It is a globally recognized non-profit certification organization that helps ensure that consumers have access to trusted and trained cleaning professionals by establishing and monitoring certification programs and standards for the industry. All of our techs are certified with the IICRC.
