- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price jobs to maintain staying in business, but also making sure the customer is happy. Owning and operating equipment plus the experience to operate the equipment takes years of hardwork and you can rest assured the job will be done right and to your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet with new customers to talk with them and see what their needs are exactly. I access situations and provide detailed solutions while also providing information on what will benefit the surrounding wildlife habitat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the business owner I have schooling in Wildlife Biology, several years of tree care and land improvement experience.
