Wellness Teaching 4U

Introduction: Because I have been where many of my students are, searching for a way to become healthier and happier, I have empathy. Although I encourage my students to stretch themselves metaphorically and literally, I do not push to the point of expecting more than ones own body is currently ready for. I love seeing the progress people make! Right away people feel less stressed and it is evident in their bodies and faces. When students tell me they sleep better, deal with stresses far easier and feel younger and more capable than ever, it makes my heart sing!
