P.T. Barnum once said, "There's a sucker born every minute." I have never felt like a sucker after leaving MIller Bros.
My dad said, "Keep your head up!" I trust he knows what he is talking about, because he takes his ride to Miller Bros. Josh

Miller Brothers Auto Repair has proven itself to be reliable and trustworthy with their service to my vehicles. My vehicles serviced there for 9+ years. Professional and courteous service is the key to all of the staff.
They are excellent to deal with as they will explain what work needs to be done and why. They inform me of upcoming routine maintenance and service needs. Their service helped my last vehicle achieve 272,000 miles!
I have referred friends and relatives to Miller Brothers and will continue to do so.

I have been a Miller Brothers customer for almost 10 years. I have been driving 35 miles to have them service my car for the past 2 years. I totally trust them with the care of my vehicle. They track what service items need to be done. The thing I appreciate about them most is their friendly, honest service. They never do anything to my car without calling and explaining to me what needs to be done and getting my permission first. Miller Brothers is the absolute best!

Miller Brothers Auto is the only place I trust to take care of all my repairs. We had a major repair on our diesel this past year and not knowing that MBA was able to handle such an extensive repair on a diesel motor we got an estimate from a Shop in Hudson. When I called MBA to see if they could help in any way, they said they could handle the repair, and they did...for about $4K less than the shop in Hudson with giving it more power. The best shop in Western WI/Eastern MN.

For the last 7 years, I have taken all five of my vehicles to Miller Brothers because of the excellent job they do. Unlike some auto repair shops, I have grown to trust and rely on their expertise to keep them running well at all times. They will let me know when something needs to be done, maintenance-wise, and when I can wait to do work that might not yet be necessary. I also love their service guarantee - you can always rely on them to do things right.

A. If you are in need of vehicle repairs or maintenance and you are uncomfortable with your current shop/dealership, take the time to bring your vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. We are happy to put your car up on a hoist and show you in person what we see and will provide you our recommendations to properly repair and maintain your vehicle.
A. Getting your oil changed every 3-5,000 miles is not all that is involved in taking care of your vehicle. Your vehicle should be lifted up in the air and inspected by a qualified technician at least every other oil change. Coolant leaks, oil leaks, transmission fluid leaks, and brake fluid leaks can develop as well as wear on steering and suspension components shortly after an oil change, and if left undetected can cause unnecessary damage that could be avoided if the vehicle is properly inspected on a hoist on regular intervals.
A. Will you be able to show me the issues with my vehicle and explain to me why I should perform the repairs in language I understand?
Are your technicians ASE certified and are they continually being trained on the latest technology changes in modern vehicles?
What kind of warranty do you have on your repairs?
Do you offer free loaner vehicles if I my vehicle is in your shop for service?
Do you have a list of satisfied customers that I could speak to?
How long have you been in business?
Do you use repair information from Alldata, Mitchell, identifix, and iATN on a daily basis to repair and maintain vehicles?
A. Often times, calling around for the cheapest price on auto repair is waste of time. If you plan to keep your vehicle for a few years, perhaps the shop with the best warranty that uses the best parts installed by experienced, highly trained technicians will be the cheaper and safer route to go in the long run.
If you want the lowest operating cost per mile driven, find a repair shop that you are comfortable with and bring your vehicle there for everything from oil changes, to tires, to alignments, to fluid changes. The shop can then keep accurate, computerized records of the maintenance and repairs performed on the vehicle and can keep you informed of upcoming services for your vehicle so you can have peace of mind knowing that your vehicle will get you back and forth to work safely and reliably.
A. First of all, we take the time up front to understand our customers' concerns with their vehicles. Once we are on the same page, we assign the vehicle to the most qualified technician for that specific concern.
The technician identifies the cause of the concern in addition to performing a thorough courtesy inspection of the vehicle.
We then take the time to explain and show our customers how to maintain their vehicles and if repairs are needed, why they are needed.
Once our customers authorize repairs on their vehicle, the repairs are done using the best practices and equipment available. The repairs are then confirmed before delivering the vehicles back to our customers.
Most all repairs are backed with a Million Mile Warranty on Parts and Labor.
