We hired Dave to refurbish a home prior to selling it. The home had long been neglected and needed new carpets, flooring, paint, plumbing and lighting fixtures, finish carpentry, drywall (in some rooms), and a number of repairs. Dave and his team did a great job with all of the requested work and made a number of suggestions that improved the final outcome. His team also helped us clear junk from some of the rooms to ensure that work started on time. He did all of the work with very little oversight and we were very pleased with the results. The project was completed on time and on budget.

We worked with Dave to get my dads neglected home updated to a sellable condition. He renovated the entire home in about a month and a half - this included some repair, some renovation, and lots of TLC. Dave was up front about what needed to be done, what he was going to do and the order he was going to do it. Dave was in constant communication with us during the process. He was on time and on budget allowing for the listing of the home at the most optimal time.

What types of customers have you worked with?
The jobs I like best, are freshening a home. Taking something old and making it something new. Paint, carpets, laminant fllooring, updating counters both kitchen and bath. Just taking a house and making it new again. Usually $15,000 to $20,000 can really freshen a house, but if you stick to paint, counters and carpet, it can be less.
