The use of the reiki method of healing balances the body's chakras and their energy. These reduces stress and improves overall wellness. Stress management: Appointments are 30 or 60 minutes. These appointments can use meditation, visualization, reiki, aromatherapy, and rest to achieve full body and mind relaxation. Once learned, these techniques become a new set of tools for combating the stresses of life. Card readings: Appointments are 45 minutes long. I read with The Celtic Tree Oracle.
