Introduction: Hello, I'm Andrew with Taylor Performance and Wellness. I've been working as a Personal Trainer, Group Trainer, and Athletic Coach for over 10 years. About Me I've always been active, either running around with my friends or playing a lot of sports growing up. I learned to weight lift when I was in middle school and high school and developed a passion as I saw improvements on and off the field. I've been blessed to follow that passion to college for Sport and Exercise Science and working in weight rooms and with sports teams. At 39 years old, I still regularly exercise 4-5x per week, and keep a healthy body weight, and chase my kids around! My Mission My top priority is providing a great experience and measurable results. I highly recommend Andrew. I had chronic backache due to bad posture and lack of strength training. I recently moved into a building which has an awesome gym. When I hired Andrew, my specific request was to teach me how to use the equipment in the gym to execute back and core exercises. He started with a detailed fitness assessment and asked a lot of questions to understand my comfort/skill level with exercises and any past injuries. I trained with him almost twice a week in which he showed me a lot of new exercises, corrected my form on many exercises I already knew and slowly ramped up the intensity of exercises to keep it challenging. At the end of our program, I feel much stronger and can definitely feel that my back and core are supporting me better. I also feel more competent at using the equipment independently. I would definitely recommend him to others. Pros: Andrew is professional, knowledgeable, a good communicator and always punctual. Has a positive educational approach and gives constructive feedback. I liked that he delivered on my specific requests but still pushed me out of my comfort zone every session (damn kettle bell swings!). Cons: You may find it difficult returning to a life without a personal trainer!

Stop searching; Andy's your guy!! Not related. Never met him before I started searching. Met with total of THREE trainers... I chose Andy, hands down. And I'm still glad i did! =:)
