Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our most commom job is peoples homes. We clean alot of homes for busy 2 working parent homes, also we clean alot of homes for elderly folks, and we do alot of move in move out cleand for homes and apartments.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When someone is looking for a home cleaning company it is important to find someone who is bonded and insured, thats number one. Then are they professional? Do they wear uniforms, how are they trained, is the cleaning guaranteed, do they bring their own cleaning supplies, if you need to make a scheduling change is thier a cost.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer I would for certain want to know who is coming into my home to clean? Has there been a background check done on these cleaners, how long have they been with the company and is the company bonded and insured. A lot of independent companies hire any body and have them cleaning homes. If something is broken or if someone is injured these companies may not have the proper insurance to handle it and the customer is on the hook. Additionally, I would want to know if the company is paying the cleaners worker comp and payroll related expenses. Again, if this is not being handled there may be an additional cost to the customer. A good quality reputable company will have these areas covered.

A. We are fully bonded and insured. Others are not.

We do a full deep clean each time we are at your house. Others do not.
We wear uniforms and drive new marked vehicles to your home. Others do not.
We are very flexable with times and switching times without any charges. Others do not.
We bring our own supplies and equipment. Others do not.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like meeting new customers and speaking with them after their first clean and seeing how we have solved their needs and how pleased they are.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customers ask can we clean if they are not at home? And the answer is yes we can, we probably clean about 70% of homes when customers are at work or out.
