Jenny Havlik was working for a larger cleaning company for three years before she opened Peace of Mind Concierge Service, and she saw the areas that needed improvement. With the desire to address the problem, Jenny decided to start her own housekeeping business, with all the things that were missing in previous company.
I started the business with the idea that I wanted to truly make people's lives easier by helping them with household chores and tasks that were a time-consuming necessity. We have a lot of customers who work 50+ hour work weeks and on top of it have a family.
Jenny and her team of professional housekeepers pride themselves on providing a top-quality service with great customer service as supported by their many satisfied clients, one of which was a family who suffered an accident and had to recuperate, so their friends hired Jenny and her team to keep the house tidy.
If things don't go perfectly the first visit, we encourage you to talk with us so we can update your work report and talk with your cleaner so that the next visit is perfect. If we don't know there is a problem, we cannot fix it. We also appreciate positive feedback as well.
