9/2020 Window Cleaning Update: My go-to team again and again! Another great window cleaning experience!6/2020 Deck Cleaning Update: After 11 years, my light grey Azek deck had dirt imbedded in the grain of the composite material, as well as green algae and black mold spots. It looked terrible. I watched as DeMarks carefully cleaned each board with their special brand of TLC. The result is nothing short of SPECTACULAR! It looks like a brand new deck! This is the 3rd time Ive used DeMarks for various jobs around my home. I give DeMarks my highest recommendation!Just had a DeMarks crew clean my windows inside and out. What a great experience from start to finish! Kaelan and Steve were amazing. DeMarks does all the tasks I cant handle, and Ive got my fingers crossed that Ill be able to get the same crew back the next time I call. Great job, guys!

Really easy to set up appointment. They have package pricing to suit one's needs. They follow up to confirm the appointment, show up on time and cleaned up more quickly that I expected. Very nice.

We just had DeMark's out to clean the interior/exterior of our windows, screens, and pressure wash our back patio. We've had them out before but it had been about a year and a half. Wow...we forgot what a difference it makes. It's like seeing everything in technicolor out our windows. We didn't think they were that dirty but the additional light coming into the home now is amazing. Our back patio looks nearly restored to when it was originally poured. Julio and Arsh did a great job on the windows and were on time, polite and hardworking. Even didn't mind our dogs. Eric who powerwashed the patio made sure my wife was happy with the work before he would leave. We can't recommend DeMark's enough. The quality of their work and the quality of their people is fantastic.

I submitted a request for a bid for this company through HomeAdvisor.com on Tuesday afternoon to do driveway and sidewalk pressure washing to address dark splotches we recently started seeing everywhere over a month ago. Within 15 minutes, Nick DeMark emailed me back with a two-minute Loom video of him looking at the photo links I included with my request that I uploaded to a photo sharing website, and I could see him in the corner talking and using Google Maps and Google Streetview to look over the tree cover and look at other driveways in the neighborhood that were experiencing similar issues. He suspected it was a fungus due to the shadows from all of the trees.Jenny came out the next morning to do measurements and talk about the other services they provide. Then, from her car, she put together the proposal and got it emailed to me. When I opened the email, I was able to select from an a la carte menu of the services she spoke about and I selected the two I wanted, pressure washing and light fixture cleaning, and then submitted my response. By Thursday morning, Tasha called me back to schedule the appointment for between 8am and 9am on Friday.I was out on the driveway sweeping when Eric and Tyler pulled up at almost exactly 8am! After a quick discussion with these two friendly guys, they got to work and the end result was incredible! The driveway is so much lighter now, there's no sign of the fungus issue, and our light fixtures were much brighter as well! I paid them on the spot with a credit card before they left and they were completely done by 10:45am.This company seems to have hired all of the right people to have a flawless, efficient process from start to finish and I'll definitely be using them again in the future for the other services they provide, if and when we need them! :)Thank you for a great experience and I'm so glad I chose your company!
