FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Protecting your home and family should always be the number one priority. Saving a couple of dollars now can cost you a great deal more somewhere down the road if you select a company solely based on a low price for your project. There are many contractors available for consumers to choose from that can be found from many different sources. Requesting references from any perspective contractor is ALWAYS a good idea. It's nice if you personally know of someone who has worked with a particular company in the past so you can verify their quality of work and how they portrayed themselves while performing their tasks. At the very least, it is strongly recommended that you check the company out with the Better Business Bureau, check with the Department of Commerce to verify their licensing credentials, and request to see their current insurance binder. Be smart - be safe.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many of our customers have families and children of their own as do many of our craftsmen. We try to portray ourselves in a courteous and professional manner knowing that we could be setting examples and making lasting impressions for any curious innocent eyes and ears that may be hiding just around the corner. We try to treat every job as if we were performing it at our own homes around our own families and children.
