I needed some 8X10s in a hurry and a friend had told me about Kim and KJAY PHOTOS. I had seen the pictures that Kim had taken of her family and just LOVED them. I've had professional photos taken before, but I have to say that no other photographer took as much time and care, and the photos are great! Kim and I emailed back and forth and then had a lengthy phone conversation. She wanted to be sure that she had a "vision" of what I needed before the date on which she would photograph me. From the first email to the time when I actually ordered the photos, Kim acted as a partner in my venture. Her advice and professionalism helped to make the photo shoot fun and exciting. She is so enthusiastic about her work and it comes through during the entire process. I felt that she took care of my every need and made me feel comfortable. Kim even "walked" me through the process of ordering my photos online! I needed them in a week. We took the shots on a Thursday and they were in my hands by the next Tuesday!!! She even helped me to put it as my new profile picture on FB. As soon as it was posted, friends from far and wide gave it great reviews! Kim is an extraordinary find as a person, advisor and photographer. I am quite certain that you will find the entire experience to exceed any expectations you may have. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for your portrait sitting which includes our time traveling, photographing, prep, etc. We also charge for our photography editing services after you let us know which photographs taken during your portrait sitting you like best. We do have packages that include a specific set of time, number of edited photos and prints to go with. These packages take the confusion out of just an hourly rate for our full service photography options.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We love portraits! Capturing an individual at their best. Capturing a spirit (genuine laugh, smile or expression) that loved ones will cherish forever. Or capturing a moment at an event with our photography event services.
