We are having a basic cleaning special, offering a $60 flat rate for town homes/apartments and $70 for houses(anysize) for a limited time only.

We use our own supplies, unless you tell us to use yours. We are licensed and insured. Our normal rates start at $60 and don't exceed $125 for a general clean. Detail, and move in/out cleans are extra.

Things that are included in every general cleaning are:

* Bathrooms, which include:

* Sink is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and rinsed
* Tub and/or shower tiles are cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
* Chrome fixtures are cleaned and shined
* Toilets are disinfected inside and out
* Vanity top is cleaned
* Mirrors are cleaned
* Trash is emptied
* Vacuum and/or wash floor
* Cobwebs (as needed)

* Kitchen, which includes:

* Countertops and backsplash are cleaned
* Cabinet doors are wiped (as needed)
* Sinks are scrubbed and disinfected
* Floor is vacuumed or washed
* Outside of appliances is cleaned
* Small appliances are wiped
* Trash is emptied
* Wash or dust table and chairs
* Cobwebs (as needed)

* Bedrooms, which include:

* Carpets are vacuumed
* Linens are changed
* All areas are dusted
* Mirrors are cleaned
* Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
* Trash is emptied
* Cobwebs (as needed)

Services in other living areas, including hallways and stairs, are:

* All areas are dusted
* Cushions and pillows are fluffed and straightened
* Hardwood or tile floors are damp mopped
* Carpeted floors are vacuumed
* Glass tables are cleaned
* Light general straightening is completed
* Cobwebs (as needed)

Other cleaning services that we offer (extra fees apply) are:

* Kitchen, which includes:

* Cleaning insides of oven, microwave, refrigerator and/or dishwasher
* Wiping out cabinets
* Wiping down walls
* Moving appliances and cleaning behind them (when able to)
* Cleaning interior windows and doors
* Baseboards

* Bathroom, which includes:

* Wiping down walls
* Wiping out cabinets
* Cleaning interior window
* Dusting blinds
* Cleaning light fixtures (within reasonable height)
* Cleaning wall and ceiling vents (within reasonable height)
* Baseboards

Services in bedroom and other living areas, including hallways and stairs are:

* Wiping down walls
* Cleaning interior windows and doors
* Moving furniture and clean behind it (within reason)
* Dusting blinds
* Cleaning light fixtures (within reasonable height)
* Cleaning wall and ceiling vents (within reasonable height)
* Baseboards

Other services we offer are:

* Lawn mowing and trimming
* Cleaning up flowerbeds (mulching, weeding, etc.)
* Trash/junk removal
* Garage and basement cleaning
* Yard cleanup (leaves, trash, etc.)
